Squeegee Kleen keeps Big Bear homes, vacation rentals, and storefronts looking sharp year-round — window cleaning, gutter cleaning, custom solar & bug screens, and holiday light installs from a family owned & operated crew that's been washing windows since 2005.
Luxury window cleaning for custom homes, estates, and businesses. Walls of glass, chandeliers, glass railings — screens removed, washed & UV-protected with every cleaning.
Dirty panels can cut power production 10–20%. We clean them safe and streak-free so you get every watt you paid for.
Droppings are acidic and pigeons nest for life — under panels, in eaves, on ledges. We block them out and clean up the mess.
Pine needles kill gutters up here. We clear them before ice dams and overflow do real damage.
Dry needles on your roof are kindling for wind-blown embers. We clear them off, clean the valleys, and haul it all away.
Custom blinds measured, supplied, and installed — faux wood, roller, cellular, and verticals for sliders. Free in-home estimates, done in one visit.
Built by us, not ordered from a catalog. Bug screens and solar screens measured to your exact frames.
All-inclusive: we supply, install, maintain, take down, and store. No buying lights, cords, or timers — ever.
App-controlled LED trim lights installed permanently along your roofline — holiday colors on demand, warm accent light every night, no takedown ever.
This isn't a crew driving up the mountain for a paycheck. Big Bear is home — and we've been washing windows since 2005. Altitude sun, pine debris, and snow load are hard on a cabin, and we know exactly how homes live at 7,000 feet.
Sunlight is measurably stronger at altitude — glass gets baked, spots etch in faster, and dirty windows show it sooner.
Surrounded by Jeffrey and Ponderosa pines, Big Bear gutters clog faster than almost anywhere. Clearing them before snow prevents ice dams and fascia rot.
Vacation rentals live and die on reviews. Clean glass and a glowing exterior photograph better and book better.
Heat, glare, and furniture-fading UV are brutal at altitude. We handle professional window film in Big Bear — ceramic heat-rejection tint, privacy & decorative film, and security film that holds glass together. Pick your project:

On time, with our own water, ladders, and gear. You don't need to be home for exterior work.
We check every pane and every run of gutter before we leave. Not happy? We fix it on the spot.
